We draw your attention to the regulations applied for visiting the Consular section of the Russian Consulate General in Shanghai.

An appointment made with the following website is strictly required to visit the Consular section on any consular issue (visa application, notary service, consular legalization etc.):

Any VPN software should be turned off in order to make an appointment. The website is available only for applicants from the territory of the People’s Republic of China (Mainland).

Furthermore, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Shanghai processes applications for the Russian visa directly from the Foreign Ministry of PRC, including employees of diplomatic and consular representations in Russia, as well as from members of official delegations wishing to visit Russia at the invitation of Russian authorities.

The amount of the visa fee is established in accordance with Consular Tariff. Consular fee and service fee must be paid in full prior to it being submitted to the Russian Consulate for review.
